Ph.D. Candidate in Economics
University College Dublin (UCD), Ireland
I will be on the 2026-2027 academic job market, but I'm also happy to discuss industry roles anytime.
I would be more than willing to relocate to the USA or East Asia (+ Singapore) after July/25.
My academic work/projects can be found here.
My research lies primarily in the field of the economics of education, with a secondary focus on labour economics. I am particularly interested in gender and inequality, and my work centres on human capital formation and development across the life cycle, as well as its broader societal implications. I enjoy thinking about models and how to better translate lived experiences into mathematical forms. I am supervised by Professor Kevin Denny. I have a soft spot for macroeconomics, charts, and data visualisation. I also run a newsletter where I discuss the latest working papers, preprints, and published research in causal inference methods in economics. Proponent of #MarketsInEverything.
If you know of a paper with new developments in the DiD literature, I'd be very happy to hear about it.
